Pescara wins 5-3 against Pianese and climbs to the top of the standings

In a match full of emotions, Pescara wins against Pianese at the Adriatico stadium. The white-blues start strong and take the lead with Desogus in the 10th minute, but then comes the reaction of the guests who first equalize with Maritato and then overtake with two goals from Pozzebon and Anes. In the second half, however, Colombo's men came out with another attitude and in a few minutes overturned the result thanks to goals from Lescano, Mora and Delle Monache.

The guests, however, did not give up and in the 20th minute they equalized with Maritato who deflected a corner kick. The biancazzurri accused the blow and conceded the second goal a few minutes later: Pozzebon received the ball on the right and with a precise diagonal shot beat Plizzari. In the 38th minute, Pianese also found the third goal with Anes who took advantage of another mistake by the Pescara defense.

In the second half, Pescara's reaction

In the second half, Pescara came out with a different attitude and immediately put Pianese under pressure. In the 52nd minute, Lescano shortened the lead with a header from a corner kick. The biancazzurri continued to push and in the 60th minute they equalized with Mora who took advantage of an assist from Delle Monache. In the 70th minute, Pescara completed the comeback with Delle Monache who scored with a powerful shot from outside the area.

The final rush and the victory of Pescara

In the final minutes, Pianese tried to react but Pescara defended well and managed to keep the advantage. In the 80th minute, the biancazzurri also had the chance to score the sixth goal with Gyabuaa but the Ghanaian striker's shot was saved by the Pianese goalkeeper. At the end of the match, Pescara won 5-3 and climbed to the top of the standings.
